Rep Coaching Announcement
The Richmond Ravens Female Hockey Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following rep coaching appointments for the 2018/2019 season. We wish them the best of luck in their positions. Go Ravens Go!
A. J. Sander – Head Coach
A.J. has coached for 36 years and is a certified NCCP Advanced 1 Coach. He has over 30 years of high-level coaching experience, including being a three time head coach of the Lower Mainland U17, U16 Male teams and U16 Female team in Hockey Canada's Best Ever Program. He has been the Ravens Midget A coach for the past 11 seasons. He is the recipient of six Coaching Excellence Awards, a two time recipient of Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association's Coach of the Year Award, recipient of Richmond Minor Hockey Association Coach of the Year, recipient of Richmond Ravens Coach of the Year and Richmond Sports Council Coach of the Year for all sports in Richmond. He has guided thirteen teams to Provincial Championship appearances with Richmond Minor and Richmond Ravens, including guiding the Ravens Midget A team to 10 consecutive Provincial Championship appearances and medaling 9 consecutive years: 4 Golds, 4 Silvers and 1 Bronze.
Milan Dragicevic – Head Coach
Dragicevic brings over 20 years of exceptional experience to the role having played with the WHL from 1986 to 1990, was an assistant coach in the WHL from 1996 to 1998, was head coach and general manager for the Alberta Junior Hockey League from 1998 to 2000, was head coach of the Vancouver Giants from 2000 to 2002 and was the head coach of the UBC Thunderbirds Men’s Hockey team from 2002 to 2014. Since 2014, Dragicevic has been the Director of Hockey Operations for Richmond Minor Hockey. Dragicevic has also been a coach and skills provider to the Richmond Ravens since 2008 and will now also take on the role as Director of Hockey Operations. He will work closely with coaches and players to continue to grow and expand the Raven's hockey program.

Natalie Korenic – Head Coach
Natalie has been a Richmond Ravens coach for the past 12 years, including eight years at the rep level. She has coached every age group within the Ravens organization and is coming off the 2017/18 season as a Peewee A Assistant Coach. Natalie first joined the Richmond Ravens organization in 1998 (then RGIH), and was the first Ravens player to go through the entire program from Tyke to Midget. She continues to play hockey competitively for the Senior AA Richmond Devils of the South Coast Women’s Hockey League and is passionate about growing the female hockey community. As a coach, Natalie emphasizes the importance of relentless determination, team cohesion, and personal responsibility. She focuses on creating a challenging yet supportive team environment where players receive the tools and guidance to maximize their potential.
