Hi current and past players from our Oval programs,

I hope your seasons are starting well.  It must be an overly stressful time for some young players trying to navigate the world of rep tryouts.  I want to take 30 seconds to inform you of a few programs we have running this fall and winter.

    1) Advanced skating and skills for rep players at the Oval

    •  2 x 12 week programs, Wednesdays at 5:15pm.  Starts Sept 28.
    • We split the ice to accommodate Atom and PW in one end and Bantam and Midget in the other.
    • Registration has been strong so far but we do still have room.
    • First 30 mins focus on technical skating and the 2nd half we focus on game specific scoring drills for goalies, defense, and forwards.
    • $324

    2) Integrated School Model:

    • Grade 10-12 students receive high school PE credit for training with us Monday mornings at the Oval (6am to 8am)
    • 1 hour fitness
    • 1 hour on ice
    • Small group technical skills training
    • Coach: Mike Sommer, UBC (just helped run Canucks practice today!)

The 2 programs mentioned above are in full detail in the forwarded email below along with strength and conditioning programs and goalie specific programs.
